Job summary

Placements24 seeks an experienced Remote Educational Consultant specializing in early childhood education to guide curriculum development and online pedagogy for digital platforms. This is a contract-based, fully remote role based from Sandton or elsewhere, focused on creating engaging online experiences for young children.

You will analyze development needs, review content, and help train educators while collaborating with product and marketing teams to scale innovative ed-tech solutions

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or closely related field.
• Extensive experience in early childhood education, including curriculum development and implementation.
• Proven experience as an educational consultant, preferably with a focus on digital learning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on early childhood curriculum design for digital environments.
• Advise on best practices for online pedagogy and student engagement strategies for young learners.
• Review and provide feedback on educational content and platform features.
• Assist in developing training materials for educators implementing online curricula.
• Stay abreast of current research and trends in early childhood education and ed-tech.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing.
