About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in software development, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role (e.g., VP of Engineering, CTO).
• Proven experience in building and scaling technology platforms, preferably in a startup environment.
• Deep understanding of modern software architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and mentorship skills, with experience managing remote teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and familiarity with various technology stacks.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
