Placements24 is seeking a visionary Head of Remote Operations & Strategy to define and scale our remote-first operations globally. This executive will shape the framework for distributed teams, optimize workflows, and drive exceptional efficiency while maintaining a connected culture across regions.

Based remotely, you will lead onboarding, performance management, and tool deployment to enable seamless service delivery from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of operations management experience with distributed/remote teams, including leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in developing remote-first strategies.
• Expertise in virtual collaboration tools, project management software, and HR technologies for remote workforces.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and refine the global remote operations strategy.
• Oversee remote workforce management, onboarding, performance, and engagement.
• Develop policies for remote work to ensure compliance, security and productivity.
• Identify and deploy technologies to enhance remote collaboration and efficiency.
