Placements24 is seeking a Cryptocurrency Exchange Operations Manager to lead a remote operations team for a secure and efficient digital asset trading platform. The role focuses on daily operations, risk controls, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced crypto market.

This fully remote position enables leadership from anywhere in the world. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations, strong crypto market knowledge, and proven experience in risk management and KYC/AML adherence.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within financial services or cryptocurrency.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading platforms, and blockchain technology.
Proven experience in risk management, compliance, and regulatory adherence (KYC/AML).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing remote teams and distributed operations.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic and evolving market.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cryptocurrency exchange, including trading, settlements, and customer support functions.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and security.
Manage risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and KYC/AML standards.
Monitor market activity, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions.
