Advania is seeking a Credit Risk Administrator to support day-to-day credit processes and maintain accurate customer records. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations to process applications, run standard credit checks and update CRM data in a timely manner.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment. Remote work is possible, with full-time hours and a monthly salary in SA Rand.

Formación

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, finance support, or a similar office-based role is helpful.
• Good attention to detail and confidence working with data, documents, and internal systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills when dealing with colleagues and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Process new customer account forms and check that all required information and documents have been provided.
• Complete standard customer and company checks using the agreed process, escalating any concerns to the Credit Risk Manager.
• Set up and update customer accounts accurately within company systems.
• Review held orders and release them where they meet the agreed guidelines, referring exceptions for approval.
• Maintain accurate customer records, including contact details, credit limits, payment terms, and supporting documents.
• Respond to routine queries from Sales, Finance, Operations, and customers, helping to keep requests moving.
