Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including cash flow projections, ROI calculations, and sensitivity analysis for potential investments.
- Conduct detailed market research and due diligence on properties, including location analysis, tenant creditworthiness, and lease terms.
- Develop financial models and investment memos to support transaction recommendations.
- Monitor and report on the performance of existing investment portfolios.
- Identify and evaluate emerging market trends and potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, such as brokers and legal counsel.
- Assist in the structuring and negotiation of investment deals.
