Job summary

Hilton in Stellenbosch seeks a Corporate Sales Manager to drive IBT growth by securing partnerships with key corporate accounts and travel management companies. You will manage the full IBT RFP lifecycle, negotiate rates, ensure brand compliance, and load opportunities in GDS and booking tools.

Qualifications

Education and experience equivalent to graduation from High School. A tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Business, or Sales is an advantage.
Proven track record in corporate sales and revenue growth.
Experience with RFP processes and global distribution channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive IBT segment growth by securing partnerships with corporate accounts and TMCs.
Manage full IBT RFP lifecycle: rate negotiations, compliance with brand standards, and loading in GDS/booking tools.
Collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales to maximize account penetration and IBT exposure.
Monitor performance and adjust strategies to increase room nights and share of wallet.
Lead site inspections and proposals for conventions and meetings to maximize profitability.
Maintain CRM pipeline and provide accurate forecasting to senior management.
