Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are eager to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will leverage LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining quality touches.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role required.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and CRM (Salesforce/SalesLoft).

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Draft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean Salesforce and SalesLoft records.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
