Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative across South Africa to own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients and drive pipeline through thoughtful outbound outreach.

The role requires 2 years in an SDR/BDR capacity, strong written communication, and familiarity with Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Formación

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on the ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
