Responsibilities

• Design and prepare diverse menus for corporate clients, including meals and receptions.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation across events.
• Manage kitchen operations: inventory, orders, cleanliness, and waste reduction.
• Adhere to HACCP and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with catering manager to meet client requirements and requests.
• Develop and cost new menu items and specials for the corporate offering.
• Coordinate food preparation timelines to ensure timely service.
