Responsibilities

• Develop and present customized catering proposals for corporate clients, including menu design and pricing.
• Manage all aspects of corporate event execution from inquiry to final billing.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand needs, preferences and budgets.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Oversee on-site catering operations with impeccable service standards and client satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and control food costs for corporate events.
• Maintain relationships with corporate clients and seek repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Prepare event summaries and client feedback reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during events for a seamless experience.
