Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction scheduling.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, sequences, and interdependencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules using advanced planning software for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to gather information and establish realistic project timelines.
• Identify critical path activities, potential risks, and develop proactive strategies to mitigate schedule deviations.
• Perform schedule analysis, variance reporting, and forecasting to ensure project milestones are met.
• Optimize resource allocation (labor, equipment, materials) within the project schedule.
• Communicate schedule updates, progress reports, and potential impacts to relevant parties in a clear and concise manner.
