Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Legal Advisor specializing in Compliance to support operations across North West province remotely. You will develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to keep the company aligned with all regulatory requirements.

The role requires Admitted Attorney with at least four years in compliance, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven ability to train staff on ethical conduct and compliance matters.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with a strong focus on compliance and regulatory law.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a compliance-related legal role.
• In-depth knowledge of South African regulatory frameworks and industry-specific legislation.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal texts.
• Proficiency in developing and delivering compliance training materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective compliance programs and policies across the organization.
