Placements24 is seeking a skilled Data Analyst focused on Clinical Trials to join its research division. This fully remote role allows you to manage and analyze complex trial data from Pretoria-based operations, supporting drug development and research validation.

You will generate insights, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment, contributing to our programs' success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Statistics, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Data Analyst with focus on clinical trial data management/analysis.
• Proficiency in SAS, R, or Python for statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate large clinical trial datasets to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, efficacy, and safety signals using SAS/R/Python.
• Develop data dictionaries, data management plans, and SOPs for clinical data.
• Create reports, visualizations, and dashboards for project teams and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, biostatistics, and medical affairs to define data requirements and analytics strategies.
• Identify data anomalies and implement corrective actions to maintain data quality.
