Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 3+ years of Data Analyst experience, preferably in pharma/healthcare.
• Proficiency in Python/R/SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from diverse sources (clinical trials, manufacturing, sales).
• Perform statistical analyses to identify trends and correlations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Identify data process improvements and ensure data integrity and privacy compliance.
