Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or medical field.
• 6+ years of clinical data management experience in pharma/biotech.
• Proficiency with EDC systems (Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical, Veeva).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Clinical Data Management Plans (CDMPs).

• Manage data entry, data cleaning, and query resolution for data accuracy.

About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing pharmaceutical research organization, is looking for a highly organized and experienced Remote Clinical Data Manager to join their globally distributed team. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to contribute to life-changing clinical trials from any location. You will be responsible for the management, integrity, and quality of clinical trial data collected across various studies. Your role will involve overseeing data collection processes, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and supporting the statistical analysis of trial outcomes. This position requires a deep understanding of clinical trial processes, data management systems, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clinical research associates, statisticians, and principal investigators to ensure timely and accurate data delivery. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, medical, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Proficiency with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical, Veeva).
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Experience in database design, data validation, and query management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information.
