Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, and concierge-level client communication within the Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver scheduled client calls and assist with platform navigation while adhering to compliance limits.
• Manage unread client threads, SLA compliance, and proactive outreach to clients.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM without exposing personal data.
• Identify and escalate red flags, complaints, or security incidents per compliance rules.
