• Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication exclusively within the Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver concierge-level client support, schedule client calls, and assist with platform navigation while respecting compliance rules.
• Prioritize unread client threads, manage SLA adherence, and conduct proactive outreach within authorized boundaries.
• Maintain accurate and timely client notes in the CRM, avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Identify and escalate red flags, complaints, or security issues per company compliance rules.
