Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication within the Assetara workspace.
• Concierge Support: Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context, and assist with platform navigation while following compliance limits.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads, maintain SLA discipline, and conduct proactive outreach.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes within the system while avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags or security incidents and escalate per company rules.
