Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an insurance claims handling role.
• Solid understanding of insurance policies and claims principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, register, and process claims accurately and efficiently.
• Investigate claims by gathering information and evidence.
• Assess liability, coverage, and quantum per policy terms.
• Communicate with policyholders and third parties throughout the lifecycle.
• Negotiate settlements within authorized limits.
• Manage external service providers when required.
• Maintain up-to-date records on the claims system.
• Identify potential fraudulent claims and escalate.
