The role requires 5+ years of experience in urban planning or infrastructure design, proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, Civil 3D, and transportation modeling tools, and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Urban Planning.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in urban planning, infrastructure design, or related fields.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS software, Civil 3D, and transportation modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of urban development principles, zoning regulations, and environmental considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and contribute to urban master plans and land use strategies.
