Placements24 is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer specializing in Site Development to join a fully remote team. You will manage planning, design, and approvals for land development projects, ensuring sustainable, compliant site development across diverse sectors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and 5+ years of site development experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and strong regulatory knowledge. Excellent remote collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in site development design and project coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and other site development software.
• Strong knowledge of zoning ordinances, land use regulations and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational and remote PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan site layout, grading, drainage and utilities.
• Conduct site analysis, environmental reviews and regulatory checks.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and permitting docs.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, surveyors and agencies for approvals.
• Oversee development timelines, budgets and standards.
• Provide remote technical support for site development challenges.
