Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Civil Design Engineer to join a dynamic team, delivering concept to detailed designs from anywhere. You will produce high-quality documentation and work with project managers and clients virtually to meet regulatory and technical requirements.

The role demands strong design software skills (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation), excellent written communication, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to remote collaboration on diverse infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of civil design experience.
• Experience collaborating remotely and using virtual tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed design calculations for civil elements (site grading, drainage, utilities).
• Prepare design drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard software.
• Conduct remote site analyses and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with PMs, surveyors and other disciplines via virtual platforms.
• Ensure compliance with local and national civil engineering standards.
