Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Childcare Coordinator & Parent Liaison to manage operational aspects and strengthen relationships within their virtual childcare community. This fully remote role requires strong logistics and communication skills, with a background in early childhood education preferred.

You will coordinate scheduling, engage with parents, and support program development from your home office in or near Benoni, Gauteng.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, early childhood education or related field required.
• 3–5 years coordinating/admin or customer relations experience, preferably in childcare/education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional, empathetic tone.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main contact for parents via phone, email and digital channels.
• Provide information on childcare programs, enrollment procedures and policies.
• Onboard parents and ensure seamless transition into the service.
• Coordinate and schedule virtual consultations, parent-teacher meetings and webinars.
• Maintain up-to-date parent records and communication logs.
• Liaise with educators and support staff to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Assist in creating newsletters, updates and program information for parents.
• Troubleshoot parent engagement and service access issues.
• Support coordination of remote learning resources and activities.
• Gather parent feedback and suggest improvements.
