Key responsibilities include onboarding providers online, maintaining records, and solving inquiries via email, phone and video calls. This role supports families remotely across Gauteng and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating childcare or related services, especially remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional, empathetic tone.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities for remote work.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and online platforms.
• Ability to work independently from a home-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage remote childcare placements via the digital platform.
• Act as main contact for families and providers by email, phone, and video calls.
• Onboard new providers online and ensure required documentation is completed.
• Maintain accurate records of family and provider information.
• Identify improvements to enhance satisfaction within the virtual ecosystem.
• Monitor service delivery and gather feedback for remote optimization.
• Stay updated on best practices in virtual customer service and platform management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues for users on the client platform.
