Placements24 is seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant to support a childcare agency's operational functions. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere with Paarl, Western Cape as the reference location.

You will screen candidates, handle client communications, schedule interviews, manage databases, and perform general administrative tasks to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly from your home office.

Competenze

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant or admin support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Remote work ability with independence.
• Knowledge of childcare industry is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to agency management.
• Screen and pre-qualify childcare candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases with accuracy.
• Schedule interviews and meetings for candidates and clients.
• Handle client inquiries via email and phone.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
• Manage online calendars and coordinate appointments.
• Assist with social media scheduling and content management.
• Handle other tasks to support operations.
