Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Child Development or related field.
• Professional licensure or certification (e.g., LCSW, LPC, BCBA, Psychologist).
• Significant experience with children having behavioral challenges.
• Expertise in ABA, CBT and other behavioral interventions.
• Proven ability to conduct remote therapy sessions with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments of children's behavioral and developmental needs.
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for children.
• Provide online counseling and therapeutic sessions to children and their families.
• Guide parents on strategies for managing challenging behaviors.
