Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Professional licensure or certification (e.g., LCSW, LPC, BCBA).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in providing behavioral support or counseling.
• Experience in developing and implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments to understand clients' behavioral patterns and needs.
• Develop personalized behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide remote counseling and support sessions to clients and families.
• Collaborate with remote healthcare professionals and support networks.
• Monitor client progress and adjust strategies via virtual check-ins.
