Placements24 is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function for a fast-growing technology startup. This fully remote, executive-level role covers financial strategy, planning, governance, and investor relations, with accountability for profitability and sustainable growth.

You will shape fundraising efforts, manage risk and compliance (GAAP/IFRS), build a high-performing finance team, and partner with the CEO and board to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in technology or high-growth startups.
• Proven track record of successful fundraising and managing investor relations.
• Deep understanding of corporate finance, financial modeling, M&A, and strategic planning.

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, long-term planning, and forecasting.
• Oversee all financial operations, budgeting, treasury, and reporting.
