Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering with R&D focus.
• Minimum 8 years in chemical process R&D and scale-up.
• Strong background in reaction engineering and thermodynamics.
• Experience with process simulation software and DOE methods.
• Excellent communication for remote, global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead scale-up of novel processes from benchtop to pilot in virtual R&D environment.
• Conduct literature reviews, feasibility studies, and economic analyses for new concepts.
• Design and oversee pilot plant experiments with rigorous data collection.
• Collaborate with global R&D teams to support new product development.
• Prepare technical reports, patent applications, and project proposals.
• Ensure R&D activities comply with SHE regulations.
