Placements24 is seeking a Remote Chemical Process Analyst to support operations across multiple projects from a fully remote location. You will analyze process data, optimize chemical processes, and develop dashboards to track KPIs related to efficiency, quality and cost.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering and 3+ years in process analysis, with solid data tools and remote collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• 3+ years of experience in chemical process analysis, optimization or plant support.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (Excel, Python with Pandas, R) and statistical methods.
• Experience with process simulation software is a plus.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process data to identify trends, bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to process efficiency and output.
• Conduct statistical analysis to evaluate process variations and recommend improvements.
• Provide remote technical support and insights for process troubleshooting with on-site teams.
• Research and propose new technologies or methodologies to enhance performance and sustainability.
• Document findings, recommendations and process changes clearly.
