Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, mining/natural resources a plus.
• Proven track record in financial strategy, capital allocation, and risk management.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's long-term financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and FP&A functions.
• Manage risk across financial, operational, and strategic fronts with mitigation plans.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the board, investors, and regulators.
