SBV Services seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead our mining operations finance remotely. The role covers financial planning, risk management, investor relations, and strategic decision-making from a fully remote setup.

You will oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and reporting, guide the CEO and board, ensure regulatory compliance, and build robust finance policies. A Master’s degree with CPA or CFA preferred and 15+ years in finance, including senior leadership, is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA or CFA preferred for senior leadership.
• Minimum 15 years of financial management experience, including 5+ years in top executive roles.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting systems.
