Qualifications

• Proven experience in Catering Operations, Event Management, or related field.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently without direct supervision.
• Familiarity with catering workflows and common operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of catering events, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation, remotely.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational details and updates via digital channels.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between remote management and on-site catering teams.
• Manage event documentation, including timelines, checklists, and post-event reports.
• Troubleshoot operational issues remotely, collaborating with on-site leads to find timely solutions.
• Maintain and update event databases and operational systems to ensure accuracy.
