Placements24 is seeking a proactive Building Maintenance Cleaner to remotely coordinate cleaning services for a portfolio of properties in Bloemfontein. You will manage schedules, monitor quality, and oversee supplier relationships from a remote setting, ensuring high cleanliness standards across locations.

The role requires organized communication, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise with clients and service providers to maintain tenant satisfaction and property value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or related cleaning services coordination.
• Strong understanding of cleaning standards, protocols, and health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cleaning schedules for multiple properties.
• Conduct virtual and occasional in-person quality control inspections.
• Source, vet, and manage relationships with external cleaning service providers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across managed properties.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, expenditures, and provider performance.
