Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Blockchain Security Auditor to perform in-depth security analyses of smart contracts, dApps, and blockchain protocols. You will identify vulnerabilities and provide actionable mitigation strategies to fortify client assets, working remotely with a global cybersecurity team.

The ideal candidate has strong security background, blockchain knowledge, and experience with common Solidity vulnerabilities, combined with excellent reporting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in security auditing of smart contracts and blockchain systems.
• Knowledge of common vulnerabilities and secure coding practices.
• Familiarity with static and dynamic analysis tools for smart contracts.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive security audits of smart contracts, dApps, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Identify vulnerabilities including reentrancy, integer overflows, front-running, and other exploits.
• Analyze code for security flaws, logic errors, and potential backdoors.
• Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on blockchain systems.
• Provide detailed audit reports with clear risk explanations and remediation steps.
• Develop and maintain security best practices and auditing methodologies.
• Stay informed about emerging threats in the blockchain space.
• Collaborate with development teams to address findings.
• Contribute to automated security testing tool development.
