Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Security Auditor to join a globally distributed, fully remote team. The role focuses on in-depth audits of smart contracts and blockchain protocols, identifying vulnerabilities and delivering actionable remediation recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in cybersecurity with blockchain auditing, strong Solidity/Vyper/Rust knowledge, and familiarity with tools like Slither, Mythril, and Foundry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity with blockchain and smart contract auditing.
• Experience auditing smart contracts on Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform security audits of smart contracts written in Solidity, Vyper, and Rust.
• Document vulnerabilities (reentrancy, overflows, access control issues, gas exploits).
• Analyze contract logic and transaction data to detect risks.
• Develop and use static/dynamic analysis tools to improve audits.
• Provide remediation guidance to development teams and report findings to clients.
