You will develop and manage BIM models using Revit and Navisworks, coordinate across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines, and perform clash detection to minimize design conflicts on national projects.

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential.
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality BIM models from architectural and structural designs.
