Placements24 is seeking a Senior BIM Modeler to join a fully remote team. You will develop and manage BIM models across diverse architectural and construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to BIM standards.

Collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers across locations is essential. The role requires extensive Revit expertise, proficiency in Navisworks and Solibri, and a deep understanding of BIM data management, LOD, and standards.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience as a BIM Modeler with a proven track record on large-scale projects.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and strong knowledge of other BIM software (Navisworks, Solibri).
• Deep knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and data management principles.
• Experience working in a remote team environment using collaborative tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex technical information clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Create, manage, and maintain complex 3D BIM models per project requirements and BIM standards.
• Develop and implement BIM execution plans, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices.
• Coordinate and clash-detect models from architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve conflicts.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and reports directly from the BIM model.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM software and workflows to project teams.
