Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead BIM strategy and workflows for international projects on a fully remote team. You will develop BEPs, coordinate multidisciplinary models, and maintain BIM standards to ensure clash-free design delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of BIM experience with Revit and Navisworks Manage, plus familiarity with standards such as ISO 19650. Strong remote collaboration and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive BIM coordination and management experience.
• Proven experience developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage; familiarity with Solibri or BIM 360/ACC.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM strategies and workflows for international projects.
• Develop and maintain BEPs with project teams.
• Coordinate and consolidate BIM models across disciplines to detect clashes and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to BIM standards, protocols and requirements.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM software and best practices.
• Manage BIM deliverables and data integration.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, engineers and contractors to deliver projects.
