Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly proficient Architectural BIM Specialist to join their remote-first organization. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining BIM standards and workflows across architectural projects nationwide, enhancing design efficiency and collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in architecture and at least 6 years of BIM coordination experience, with expert Revit and Navisworks skills, BEP development, and IFC data exchange knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience in architectural BIM coordination/management.
• Expert-level Revit proficiency and Navisworks understanding.
• Experience developing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and BIM project management.
• Solid knowledge of architectural design, construction processes, and IFC data exchange.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and best practices for architectural projects.
• Create and manage complex BIM models, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and coordination.
• Provide training and technical support to architects and designers on BIM software and workflows.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective utilization of BIM for design, documentation, and construction.
• Develop and manage content libraries, templates, and families within the BIM environment.
• Troubleshoot BIM-related issues and identify opportunities for process improvement and technological advancement.
