Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote BIM Coordinator to join our international division. You will develop and manage BIM processes for large-scale projects from a home office, coordinating disciplines and ensuring data integrity.

The role requires 5+ years in BIM coordination, expert Revit/Navisworks skills, and experience with cloud collaboration tools like BIM 360. Fluency in English and strong remote communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of BIM coordination experience on complex projects.
• Expert proficiency in BIM software like Revit, Navisworks, and related tools.
• Knowledge of international BIM standards and protocols.
• Strong remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Experience with cloud-based collaboration platforms (BIM 360, ACC).
• Home office with reliable high-speed internet.
• English fluency; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans for international projects.
• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines to identify clashes and ensure model integrity.
• Manage BIM project standards, libraries, and templates.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings via virtual collaboration platforms.
• Ensure adherence to BIM protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
• Train and support project teams on BIM software and workflows.
• Generate reports on model quality, clash detection, and progress.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors remotely.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in BIM technology and software.
