Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled BIM Architect to join a leading engineering and design consultancy on a fully remote basis. You will develop and implement BIM strategies, establish standards, and provide technical leadership to ensure successful BIM integration across infrastructure projects.

Work with multidisciplinary teams to create detailed BIM models (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D), run clash detection, and generate documentation and visualizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in architectural or engineering design with BIM focus.
• Experience with Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D and ISO 19650.
• Experience developing and managing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Strong communication and remote-work capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans for complex infrastructure projects.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and protocols.
• Create and manage detailed BIM models for roads, bridges, utilities, etc.
• Facilitate clash detection and resolution between discipline models.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders for BIM integration.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM software and processes.
• Conduct QA checks on BIM models and data.
• Generate project documentation and visualizations from BIM models.
• Stay current with BIM tech and methodologies.
• Contribute to continuous BIM capability improvement.
