Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a compassionate Remote Behavioral Health Technician to support clients seeking mental and emotional well-being. The role is entirely online, delivering empathetic guidance through phone, video, and secure messaging, and involves helping clients develop coping skills and follow treatment plans.

You will monitor progress, document interactions for the clinical team, and assist with daily routines, medication adherence, and self-care, all from a private home workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in psychology related field preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health setting or with mental health challenges.
• Proficient telehealth and confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to clients via phone, video calls, and secure messaging to help them achieve treatment goals.
• Assist clients in developing coping mechanisms and life skills to manage behavioral health challenges.
• Monitor client progress and document interactions for the clinical team.
• Support clients in maintaining daily routines, including medication adherence and self-care.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and therapeutic activities in an online environment.
