Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role is remote within South Africa, offering the chance to work from home while contributing to a growing agency.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales with quota carrying.
• Ability to identify and reach decision makers.
• Ability to craft and execute personalized outbound sequences.

Responsabilités

• Source ideal accounts and build accurate contact lists.
• Identify decision makers and compile contact details.
• Craft and execute personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean Salesforce and SalesLoft records.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
