Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative across South Africa who is hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

As a fully remote SA role, you will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality outreach.

Competenze

• 2 years in SDR/BDR, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Ability to research ICPs and build target lists.
• Strong written communication with personalized outreach.

Mansioni

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
