Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

As an SDR, you will craft personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, book discovery calls for Account Executives, and maintain clean Salesforce/SalesLoft

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR with quota experience preferred.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Experience using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
