Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to own the company’s global digital strategy. This fully remote leadership role requires a strategic, data-driven marketer who can drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand growth across SEO, SEM, social, email, content and analytics.

You will lead a distributed team, collaborate with Sales and Product, optimize CAC and ROI, and stay at the forefront of marketing technology. A strong background in B2B SaaS is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive digital marketing experience, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven success delivering B2B SaaS digital strategies.
• Deep expertise across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content and analytics.
• Strong ability to lead and mentor remote teams.
• Excellent proficiency with marketing analytics tools (GA, HubSpot, SF).
• Understanding of lead generation, CAC, and conversion optimization.
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy to drive growth.
• Lead and mentor a remote marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, social, email, content and affiliate marketing.
• Manage budget to optimize ROI and CAC.
• Set KPIs and report performance to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Content for aligned campaigns.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across channels.
• Oversee website UX, CRO and conversion initiatives.
• Manage external agencies and tech vendors as needed.
