Job summary

Bamboo Works is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to build a steady pipeline by identifying target companies and booking qualified meetings for our sales team. This highly autonomous, remote role involves testing channels, refining the ideal customer profile, and handing over warm, ready-to-close opportunities as an Independent Contractor.

Qualifications

3+ years in B2B lead generation with a proven client track record.
Ability to share funnel metrics (outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, show-up rates, closed clients).
Able to build lead lists and identify buying signals independently.
Hands-on experience with at least one CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho).
Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable working remotely and owning targets.

Responsibilities

Build a steady flow of qualified meetings with companies seeking offshore staff.
Define and refine the ideal customer profile; spot buying signals indicating offshore needs.
Run outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels; measure and optimize.
Qualify and warm up prospects so sales teams receive ready-to-close opportunities.
Keep CRM clean and report full-funnel metrics from first touch to close.
