Job summary

Purple Sales Solutions is hiring a full-time B2B Copywriter & Marketing Coordinator to execute outbound sales content and design materials for client campaigns. The role focuses on hands-on production, email sequences, call scripts, and marketing briefs to fuel lead generation.

You will implement campaigns in Instantly and HubSpot, while developing reports and dashboards to improve usability and outcomes. Strong English writing and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or CS.
• 2+ years in a B2B Sales Development Content Writer role.
• Experience with sales engagement tools (Lemlist, Apollo, Instantly, Salesloft, Outreach.io).
• Proven weekly content production at scale.
• Competitor analysis skills.
• Understanding of sales processes and CRM integration.
• HubSpot knowledge (not necessarily advanced).
• Strong analytical skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in written English; French or German a plus.
• Proficient with Word and Claude.ai.

Responsibilities

• Create Sales Development Materials for outbound Lead Generation campaigns.
• Create follow-up email templates.
• Create outbound email sequences.
• Create call scripts.
• Create marketing briefs and PDF sales content.
• Implement emails in sequence tools such as Instantly and HubSpot.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to improve system usability.
